Pickup, Delivery, & Shipping

We have locations in Houston, Denver, and Portalnd that our customers are welcome to visit. We also offer Delivery for our local customers who are within the delivery range of one of our locations. For the customers outside of our delivery radiuses we offer shipping to the contiguous US.

We do not have a delivery amount minimum, however there is an $8 delivery fee for all orders under $100.

We have a small insulated bag that we will leave with ice.  The next time you are set to receive a delivery you can just leave the bag out and we will grab it.  If you want to leave a cooler out-we can definitely put your food in that too!

We offer local delivery near our store locations Sunday-Wednesday. Our shipping boxes ship Monday-Wednesday.

For our customers who do not live near a MyFitFoods location We currently ship to the contiguous United States.

Store Locations, Gym Drop Locations, Products & Supplies, etc...

We do reuse the delivery bags! Just leave them out at your next delivery and the driver will pick them up or drop them off at one of our Stores on your next visit.

We cannot reuse the containers but they are recyclable.  Feel free to recycle them or drop them off at any My Fit Foods store location and we will recycle them for you.

Your pick-up order will be ready the day of your selected pickup anytime after 2:00 pm.  

You will also receive an email confirmation letting you know it is ready to be picked up.

If your order is missing items, please contact us at contactus@myfitfoods.com we will immediately refund you via store credit.

We don't offer an option for customizing meals since our cooking process is done in bulk. But we do have a bulk menu where you can order certain products by the pound (these will have to be ordered by 2pm via phone the day before). You are welcome to order vegetables and proteins by the pound and mix them together.›

If your coupon code isn't working make sure you aren't a part of Fit Club or trying to use another discount code.  Unfortunately, we don't allow for double discounts. If your discount code still isnt working please use the form below to contact us. 

Electronic Gift Cards can be bought and used online at
